Description: Nexus: Management, Governance and Global Studies is a collective and interdisciplinary work that examines contemporary challenges related to public management, territorial development, organizational sustainability, digital transformation, and service quality. Its central focus is to understand how institutions, organizations, and territories respond to contexts of increasing complexity, uncertainty, and technological change, particularly in Latin America, where persistent structural gaps continue to shape state, business, and social capacities. The book brings together seven studies addressing topics such as the incorporation of artificial intelligence into Venezuelan public management, the relationship between land formalization and access to basic services in Cusco, the application of growth hacking in business management, strategic human talent management, the financial resilience of Colombian SMEs before and after the health crisis, the governance of urban heritage in Cusco’s Historic Center, and the transaction costs associated with healthcare service quality in Peru.Taken together, these studies demonstrate that institutional and organizational effectiveness depends less on the availability of resources or technologies than on the ability to coordinate information, stakeholders, competencies, and mechanisms of accountability andcollaboration. Through diverse methodological approaches, the book provides evidence and critical reflection onissues that require more integrated, flexible, and sustainable responses, contributing to the fields of management, governance, and decision-making in complex environments.
